Liquid up filler system
The system is acctually a semi-automatic liquid filler scale. The liquid up filler is suitable for bubble-free or light bubble materials. Special spray gun is easy to operate and performs a quick and accurate feeding
When operating, operator only needs to move filled bottles, and match the filling hole with spray gun and then press “start”. Spray gun automatically drops, empty bottles are moved to position. Feeding stem works with a high precision at double speed. After filling, spray gun automatically raises, full bottles are moved. A filling circle is over.

Configuration
Spray gun parts: Spray gun pipe, pneumatic ball valve controller, switch, gas triple piece, electromagnetic valve, spray gun support with height adjustment.
System controller: Weighing terminal, start button, stop button, manual feeding button, and movable filled bottles.

Liquid down filler system
The system is acctually a semi-automatic rotary liquid filler scale(horizontal maximum moveable distance 600mm). The liquid down filler moves different preset weights into the bottles on trays.
When operating,operator only needs to move handles to control spray guns. After matching the bottles with spray gun nipples, operator needs to locate and lock, press “start”, spray gun automatically drops to the position and fills at double/ three speeds with a high precision. After filling, spray gun automatically raises, operator moves spray gun to another empty bottles on trays. Press “start”, another circle begins. |
