In some working processes, fixed flow feeding is necessary, then a preciser weighing method is used to complete the closed loop fixed flow feeding.
When the weight of hopper is between min limit and max limit, upper filler is closed, weighing terminal gets the weight and set the flow affect. Adjust the output of variale frequency filter with the method of D, and the filter changes the rotate speed of asynchronous motor and make sure the fixed flow feeding is stable. Now open upper filler and make it to the max limit and then close the filler, and then return to normal PID flow adjustment.
