Flow and level measurement
In some industries, flowmeter and lever meter are introduced to measure material quantity, indirectly obtained data are often not very precise.Direct weighing can get material quantity in a precise way, and also give the flow and level. The integrated precision is up to 0.05%.

Remote quality monitor

Connect weighing terminal with internet or intranet to monitor all weighing data and status within working area, fulfil real time control of flow and storage for raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products.
Use RS-485 series interface to connect PC, use MODBUS to connect internet,read data from DDE network of the company. By these means, user is easy to develop applications or configurations.

Gross weight fixed value control

Fixed value control means to batch and pack bulkgoods at a given weight. According to different weighing methods, there are gross weight fixed value filler and net weight fixed value filler.。
Gross weight fixed value control process is quite easy, containers or bottles are on the platform, operator controls the switch of filler to finish fixed value filling. It is often seen in liquid bottle filling.
Features: simple structure, high precision.
Equip weighing mount to the platform, or just choose a platform scale, connect the weighing apparatus and some control buttons.
 
Net weight fixed value control

Net weight fixed value control process is via a gauging hopper to fulfil fixed value filling. Gauging hopper’s emptying door is closed in the beginning, open the upper filling door to fill fixed value materials, then close filling door and open emptying door and let materials go to containers or packing objects. This is a whole circle.
In order to improve working efficiency, various fillinf speeds are available, normally fast mode or slow mode. Optional two scales to fulfil high speed fixed value control.
Features: simple structure, high precision, high speed.
This structure is mainly used for special weighing scales, eg packing scales Use strain transducer weight mount or UW weighing mount, weighing apparatus and operation button to make net weight fixed value control system.
 
Weight loss fixed value control

Weight loss fixed value control system is to equip weight mount to the storage unit and weigh the storage unit by weighing terminal, control the emptying door of storage unit. Control each weight loss to reach the fixed value filling.
This method can be managed by rebuild the storage units of factories, easy to be done. When storage unit’ weight is suitable or low precision is allowable, the method is recommended.
 
Sorting control

Sort the products in different weight ranges into different catalogs and fulfil the sorting of different products quality. Each can be tatalized at the same time.
When the products pass the weighing apparatus, it tells the range of weight. Weighing terminal uses indication lights to point out the catalog. The weighing data and sorting data are tansmitted to PLC, PLC performs the following precedure.

Bulkgoods totalizing – intermittent bulkgoods totalizing control

Intermittent bulkgoods weighing is used to weigh the goods flow which is hard to measure. It is equiped with a midway static weighing apparatus.
Weighing hopper receives the goods from upper side and close the filling door at the fixed value. Add static weight into total weight, then open the emptying door and empty goods. This is a whole circle. Because the weighing hopper B is always in a static status, the totalizing weight has a high precision.

There are two ways to control. One is to totalize all weights and get the total weight, the other is to set a target weight and control the bulkgoods output.

Continuous bulkgoods totalizing control

Intermittent bulkgoods weighing is used to weigh the goods flow which is hard to measure. It is equiped with a midway static weighing apparatus.
Weighing hopper A receives the goods from upper side and supply goods to hopper B(Weighing hopper).Hopper A closes the filling door at the fixed value. Add this static weight into total weight, then open the emptying door and empty goods to hopper C.Hopper C always has goods inside and empties goods. During the whole working process, up filling door and down emptying door continues to flow goods. Because the weighing hopper B is always in a static status, the totalizing weight has a high precision.
Features: high precision, high reliability, high speed, without any influence on flow.

Proportion

This method is common, all ingredients are filled in the order of preset producing direction.Only one ingredient is filled to weighing hopper at any time, Weighing device detects the change of weight, and controls all filling doors of fillers and all emptying doors of weighing hopper.

Use strain transducer mount or weight mount, weighing apparatus to make net weight fixed value control system. User can imput the producing directions from weighing terminal or download diffferent producing direction from upper computers.
